The individuals cast for this position must be available for days, nights and weekends and able to perform front desk duties.

Qualifications for GUEST SERVICE COORDINATORS:
1. Minimum of 1 year Spa experience
2. Proficient in Millennium operating software or similar
3. Management of people and serving others coupled with business sense
4. Ability to communicate effectively, efficiently and friendly to all clients
5. Ability to manage all social media and navigate through all web based
communication
6. Retail Sales or Restaurant experience is a plus
7. Ability to multitask
8. Receptionist duties, sales person duties, all aspects of guest services
9. Desire to seek a higher awareness in self and life

Qualifications for MASSAGE THERAPISTS and ESTHETICIANS:

1. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
2. Minimum 1 year spa experience
3. Certification from an accredited educational institution
4. CAMTC state licensed / certified or CA state licensed
5. Carry liability insurance
6. Physically capable of meeting our guests needs while working a full
schedule
7. Command a wide variety of techniques and modalities (Deep tissue,
pregnancy, hot stone is a must)
8. Willingness to share skills and techniques with peers

Individuals must be physically, mentally and emotionally capable of multitasking with a strong emphasis on the guests' expectations and their desires. Possess the willingness to learn and to share knowledge with guests and peers. Practice company policies to the letter and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Individual must seek to be the leader and an integral part of a team.
