Try this: roll out your mat tonight so it's waiting for you in the morning. As soon as you wake up, it will be there as a reminder that you're dedicated to taking time to nurture your mind, body and spirit.
Even spending 10-15 minutes in the morning doing sun salutations can shape your whole day. You deserve it!
