Motivation for Yoga Practice



Do you have plans to do your yoga this week?

Maybe you feel exhausted, or overwhelmed. You're not sure if your practice will make your list of priorities. 

Try this: roll out your mat tonight so it's waiting for you in the morning. As soon as you wake up, it will be there as a reminder that you're dedicated to taking time to nurture your mind, body and spirit.

Even spending 10-15 minutes in the morning doing sun salutations can shape your whole day. You deserve it!
